We print to order and aim to despatch your item/s within 3 working days. 

If your order is framed or personalised, our aim is 7 working days.

We can frame any design in A4, A3 & A2 sizes.

Our premium and standard frames are available in frosted matt black. Both frames are of aluminium construction with a slim modern profile. See individual our frames collection for more details.

If you do return your item/s, we will offer a refund upon receipt, provided the items are in the condition in which they were received, and were purchased within 30 days. 

Please note that we do not pay for return shipping costs and we do not accept returns or exchanges of personalised items, so please make sure you double check your personalisation details and measurements before ordering.

Our prints / wall planners are made to order in-house, on professional giclee printers, which create high resolution photo quality prints with incredibly fine detail and flat colour, using fade resistant, archival inks. The paper we use is a super heavyweight premium matt coated paper, with a card like feel.

Large prints (61x91cm, A1, A2) are cut out by hand, and shipped in cardboard packing tubes.  Smaller and framed prints are shipped flat in packing boxes.

If you order multiple items they may be packed and shipped in more than one box / tube.
