When will my order be processed?

Non personalised print designs are processed within 5 working days of receipt of order. In particularly busy/holiday periods this will increase to 7 working days.  

Personalised designs are processed within 7 working days of receipt of order.  In particularly busy/holiday periods this will increase to 9 working days.

If you need your order sooner than the times listed above, get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to help.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

UK 

up to £10 - £1.75

£10 - £22 - £2.50

over £22 - £4.95

Orders up to £10 are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class.  Orders over £10 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48.

Delivery aim is 2-3 working days, once your order has left our studio.

Europe

£12.00 ( + additional customs charges may apply, and are the responsibility of the purchaser in the receiving country )

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail International tracked.

Delivery aim is 3-5 working days, once your order has left our studio.

Rest of world 

£15.00

What size are the prints?

The prints are available in sizes:

A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 30x40cm, 50x70cm, 61x91cm.

Foil prints come in size A4 and A3 only, dependent on the design.

Personalised designs start at size A4.

What size are the planners?

The wall planners are available in two sizes: 50 x 70cm and 61 x 91cm.

The desktop planner pads are size A3.

What size are the cards?

The cards are size A6 (10.5cm x 14.8cm)

Do the prints fit standard sized frames?  Where would you recommend for frames?

They do! We can frame your A4 and A3 prints for you.  We stock the NIELSEN pearl matt in black, the NIELSEN pearl gloss in white and the NIELSEN pearl matt in silver, which are premium frames from Germany.  These frames are aluminium, and come with acrylic sheets to protect your artwork - we do not stock glass sheets.  We also stock natural wooden frames.

For larger frames we recommend IKEA, Habitat, H&M Home, John Lewis and Postery. 

My order has arrived and it is damaged, what do I do?

Please email Claire at help@gaylemansfield.co.uk, with photos of your damaged print/s and packaging, and she will advise.

I would like to return my order for a refund, what should I do?

Please email Claire at help@gaylemansfield.co.uk and she will advise.  If you do return your item/s, we will offer a refund upon receipt, provided the items are in the condition in which they were received, and were purchased within 28 days.  Please note that we do not pay for return shipping costs and we do not accept returns of personalised items.

I would like one of the prints in a different colour to the one/s shown on the website.

We are happy to do this for you! Please leave us a note attached to your order or email Claire at help@gaylemansfield.co.uk to discuss details! We can only change to existing colour ways found in our other designs, and we cannot do any foil colour changes.

Production/packaging information

We print to order in-house on professional giclee printers, which create prints with incredibly fine detail and flat colour, using fade resistant, archival inks and premium matt paper.  

Larger prints are cut out by hand with a scalpel, carefully rolled in tissue paper, and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes.  Smaller prints are shipped flat in sturdy cardboard backed envelopes.  

Mugs are produced in-house, individually packed in black cotton bags and shipped in sturdy packing boxes.

TO AVOID DAMAGING YOUR GOODS, PLEASE TAKE A LOT OF CARE WHEN REMOVING YOUR ITEMS FROM THE PACKAGING.
